What a credit buys

One credit, one contact hour.

  1. 01Find the course

    Every course shows its cost in credits, and the dollar amount it starts from, before you sign in.

  2. 02Buy a pack

    Credits land in your CarePath wallet. Mix packs freely; bigger packs cost less per credit.

  3. 03Unlock and learn

    Before anything is spent you see the cost, your balance and what remains. Confirm, and the course opens.

Refunds

Changed your mind? Two weeks.

This is the policy exactly as our Terms of Service (section 6) state it.

Refund policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content. Refund requests can be submitted by contacting us at support@carepath.co
No refund after completion
No refunds will be issued after you have completed a course or received a certificate of completion, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase
