Ethics & Professional Behavior Boundaries in Patient-Centered Care

Ethical practice and professional boundaries are foundational to safe, effective, and patient-centered healthcare. This interdisciplinary continuing education course examines common ethical challenges and boundary issues encountered in clinical and hands-on care settings. Participants will explore ethical decision-making frameworks, professional boundaries, dual relationships, digital professionalism, and appropriate responses to ethical concerns, with emphasis on protecting patients, clinicians, and the therapeutic relationship.
