Care Planning and Goal Setting (SMART)

This foundational-level continuing education course equips nurses and rehabilitation professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to develop effective, patient-centered care plans using SMART goal-setting principles (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).
